The System was originally founded in 1998 by Nick Di Paola, who is coordinator of the Russian Martial Arts Systema based in the West Midlands. RMAS is committed to promoting awareness of Russian Martial Arts giving British people a chance to participate in Russia’s best kept secret “Systema” based on the training of the Russian special forces.
RMAS has been up and running since February 2000 and during this time it has attracted the interest of many already established martial artists.
